Bread Orders
Greetings! I bake to order on select Thursdays, about once a month. Ordering closes on Tuesday evenings at 8pm, and pick-up is on Thursdays at Treat Cookies from 2–6pm. Treat makes some very scrumptious cookies!

“French farm bread.” Just another name for the rustic sourdough I used to bake each week for the Burien Farmers Market. These loaves are the same size (2.2 lbs), but the shape has changed so that I can fit 12 loaves at a time in my new oven! Made with T-85 flour from the inimitable Cairn Spring Mills in the Skagit Valley. Local as local gets!
